Brooke Sutton

Brooke Sutton, a Partner at Richardson Properties, has over fifteen years of experience in residential real estate on the Central Coast. Brooke has overseen a wide range of transactions; including land sales, single family residential properties, large residential developments and multi-million dollar estates. She takes great pride in working with both buyers and sellers and has established a great reputation throughout San Luis Obispo County. Brooke also works as a Sales Manager and performs Broker Review and compliance for Richardson Properties agents countywide.

Brooke was raised on the Central Coast and has extensive knowledge of the area and community. She received her Bachelor degree in Sociology from the University of California Santa Barbara. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Cross Cultural Teaching and a multiple subject teaching credential. Brooke’s educational background lays the foundation for her ability to communicate and work well with others. Brooke is a Certified New Home Professional and has received certification through the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as an active member of the Pismo Coast, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, California and National Association of Realtors.
