I have lived on the Central Coast for over 40 years and have been active in the real estate
business for over 34 years. I owned my own brokerage for 17 years, sold my
management company and went to work for Coldwell Banker, as I found it to be a
valuable platform for my clients in assisting them with their real estate needs.

My many years of diversified experiences, negotiating skills, extensive knowledge of the
area and a passion for personal service, provide my clients the ability to make sound
decisions in their real estate transactions. Buying and Selling real estate should be a
pleasurable experience and I have developed a team that will help facilitate every faction
of your real estate transaction to insure the closing will flow smoothly.

I am a top producer for Coldwell Banker Premier with a degree from Cal Poly in
Resource Management and Real Estate. I specialize in coastal properties, everything
from oceanfront to ranchettes. Fun Facts: When I am not working, I love to ride horses
on the beach and this year I am the commodore’s first lady at the Morro Bay Yacht Club.
