Brooke Donald Wahl closed her first transaction in 2015. In 2019 she earned her spot as the company's top performer-a title she's yet to give up. Being a fourth-generation realtor, it is clear that real estate was no simple coincidence.
Brooke works in both residential and commercial transactions but has set herself up as a leader in Birmingham's luxury residential market. A keen eye for detail, uncompromising standard of quality, and negotiation savvy make her the perfect partner for her clients to help them navigate the buying and selling process. However, it is her relentless pursuit of market knowledge that truly sets Brooke apart. Brooke does not just look at current home values; she studies the neighborhoods, their pasts, and their potential, and uses this to provide her client with a home for their family that is also an investment for their future.
Brooke and her husband Tyler, a UAB surgery fellow, have four children: Charlotte, Hobbs, Alice and Louise. She is actively involved in her community and supports her husband's research at UAB Medicine through Doctors for the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and the UAB Marshall Urist Society. When not working, you can find Brooke with her family at Pepper Place Market, stopping at Gilchrist for lunch, or walking the Jemison Trail.
