In the course of our home search, we worked with a few realtors in different states. We were so blessed to find Mark in Michigan; he is truly the best in the business and the gold standard when it comes to real-estate. Mark was significantly better than any other Realtors we worked with, and I can't recommend him more highly.

Mark is a professional in every sense of the word. He brings deep sensibilities to the process and is a highly pragmatic thinker, who considers every aspect of the real-estate transaction.

A tireless guide as we toured multiple properties, Mark never once pressured us, and exhibited true patience as we struggled with indecision. Mark went out of his way to accommodate us, even at great inconvenience to him. He was always quick to respond, scheduled tours within 24 hours and was always available to chat. As we toured properties, Mark pointed out things we would have never considered and helped us think through the pro's and con's of the houses we saw.

Mark helped us seamlessly navigate the offer/purchase process by bringing significant expertise and thinking about things from the sellers perspective.

Thanks to Mark, we were able to close on a property, and move in within a month. He helped us write a compelling offer, coordinate the inspection process, and helped us with funding. His provider recommendations were always spot on, and even when I shopped around, I couldn't beat them in price/quality.

You'd be challenged to find a better real estate pro than Mark!

Mark and Marty were awesome to work with. My wife and I were given 60 days to vacate our previous home after the landlord sold the house to a developer. Mark and Marty got right on it and helped us quickly get into a new home that we’re in love with. I was even on a business trip while our house came on the market and my wife went to look at it with Mark. Since we were on an extreme time crunch, and based on their feelings about the house after looking at it, we bought it. I saw it for the first time after we already owned it. That’s how much I trusted Mark’s opinion in addition to my wife’s. Definitely hire these guys!

I honestly couldn’t had a better experience with the Brown Brothers. And when I say that, it’s an understatement. Their attention to detail, planning, and foresight into the housing market brought over 70 buyers to my house in the first 48hrs of putting the house on the market. Their online marketing is so good I had people knocking on my front door a asking if they could buy it a week before it even went on the the market! I had offers in the first hour, it was incredible to watch it unfold. I bought my house for $279,000, listed it at $325,000 and sold it for $365,000.

At the end of all of it I don’t think I could be happier. They will not only have a loyal customer now, they’ll have a loyal friendship as well 😊
