I like working with The Ailion Team. They are extremely knowledgeable about their work. In other words, their accuracy and effectiveness of work make them unique in the Real Estate market. I got to work primarily with Bruce, and I had really great experiences working with Bruce and his team. They are extremely great providing all the support, assistance, guidance, and help to their clients.

I was a first time investor, and I was looking for a tenant to rent my house. I found out about the Ailion Team who does really great work, so I contacted them. Bruce who is really friendly, knowledgeable about their work, and understand the customer needs came to see my house personally. He spent enough time to look around my house and to discuss and understand what kind of tenant and how much rent I was looking to get. He explained to me about their work, real estate market, their services and fees, and etc. He also suggested me to fix and renovate certain things at my house to get a tenant quicker and faster. I was feeling pretty confident after meeting him.

As he promised me to list my house online for rental with in a day or two, the next day the pictures of my house were captured, and the same day evening my house was listed online with beautiful pictures for rental. I was really happy that Bruce took just a day after meeting him to list my online. My house was started viewing by people online, and people also started to visit my house.

As Bruce explained to me in the beginning about how many days usually it takes to find a good tenant, they took around same time to find the tenant for my house. They checked the tenant’s background, credit score and history, and etc. They also completed the paper work and documents such as Lease of the property, Addendums, and etc pretty quicker. The entire process of working Bruce and his team was so smooth and efficient. They also work really hard and spend good amount of time to help their clients even after hours. They also response to the phone calls, text messages, and emails after hours and weekend. They are really customer friendly.

I was looking for help and assistance even after the transaction was completed with them. Bruce even provided his services and helped me out to get things done with no fees charged. Bruce spent quiet amount of time to get thing done for me. Thank you Bruce for being so nice and kind. You really work good and help your clients all ways possible.

I would definitely recommend Ailion Team to be your real estate agent if you are looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. It would be easy for tenants too to contact Ailion Team for renting a property as they get really great properties to work on.

I am really thankful to Bruce and his team for their amazing work and customer service.

As a struggling out-of-state landlord, I was having a lot of trouble with my rental property. I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. Then, by luck, I met Bruce and Robin from the RE/MAX Ailion team. They were attentive, responsive, and fairly priced property managers who were extremely knowledgeable about their market. They quickly solved my problems and got my rental property back on track.

Not only did they successfully manage my original rental property, but we ended up closing on two more single-family homes and a duplex, all of which they manage to this day. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

My wife and I had the immense pleasure of working with Adam Ailion. We had started searching for a home early 2022, which if anyone who was looking at that time knew how crazy and unstable the market was. Several times my wife and I were looking to settle on a overpriced home at the top end of our range that was not what we were looking for, but Adam time and again talked us out of it. He could have easily allowed us to settle, collect his commission, and be done with us. Instead, Adam stuck it out with us for over a year!

If that wasn't enough, I would have thought we were his only clients (knowing very well we were not). He is extremely timely on his responses and understands the urgency that comes with a fast paced market. Adam does not simply look at the listing, he digs very deep into the surrounding area, history of the house, potential pitfalls. We knew all the potential issues of any property before we walked in!

Lastly, and only for the sake of brevity, Adam is an incredibly calming person. Emotions are high and it can become easy to get frustrated/anxious/defeated. Adam had a great way of defusing that. In short, he went above and beyond what a real estate agent needed to do or to be.

The Ailion Team was fantastic! Bruce is who we primarily worked with and embodies the word professional in every sense. I am from a Real Estate background as my Dad has been involved in both commercial and residential real estate and my Grandpa did Residential Real Estate his whole career and served as President of the National Association of Realtors. Through him and my Father we were able to find Bruce and understand that he would be the best man for the job.

To give a little context my wife and I were moving to Atlanta and each of us had never spent more than a day here. We were very excited to be moving across the country from UT but very nervous about not knowing anything about the market, areas, communities, safety, etc. along with the fact that we are recent college grads and first time home buyers.

After talking with Bruce, however we started to feel better and like it was possible we could actually get something even in this crazy market. We flew out and Bruce spent two full days with us (10 hours each day) showing us 20+ homes and not making us feel rushed or pressured in the least bit. He was very thorough in putting together cost analyses of the different homes and helping us to stay informed about what a good offer would be. It was great to see that someone who has clients WAY bigger in terms of purchasing power was so willing to take the time to work with us to buy our first home and #1 choice. With his help we were able to get that #1 choice and feel confident in the appraisal of the property as we had heard many horror stories of appraisals gone wrong.

Overall, I was blown away by the service we received and can't emphasize enough the incredible patience they had with us as well as the amount of knowledge they have of the area. Bruce probably knows more about each street in Atlanta than I know about anything and truly steps up to the plate for his clients.

They took the time to answer all of our questions, and accommodated us in submitting multiple offers. Super impressed with Bruce's knowledge of the market at a high level and incredibly detailed information. They were able to assist in a quick close and helped us secure a home in a very competitive market (early 2022).

We were super grateful that they helped us see so many properties and submit competitive offers, but not too aggressive for our budget. We will definitely work with them again in the future.

Sold a house with Adam quickly during the slow holiday season. Adam is very knowledgeable about the area, how to price your home, and handled all the offers extremely well.

He never forces you in one direction or another like other agents we've worked with. We tell him what we think we should do and he gives us his input based on his years of experience.

He also has a lot of great contractor connections when you're doing repairs for buyers so you aren't paying more than you need to in order to close the deal.

Working with Chris Shewmaker and Adam Ailion exceeded my expectations. Adam personifies what it means to be a good real estate agent.

We looked at over 50 houses, and Adams knowledge of the Marietta neighborhood was astounding. It almost made me think he was googling things while we were talking, but after spending several weekends with him I began to realize that he just knew this area like the back of his hand. Once we found the house we wanted, Adam lead the way, spending time going thru the house, inspection reports, neighborhood listing, comps, comparable comps, long term comps etc:

Adam went hard after the seller and selling agent pushing for information about all sorts of things he wanted to know, and when the appraisal came back lower than expected, Adam went over every possible scenario for our counter offer. He was always available to talk me thru the process, and wasn't afraid to take a late night phone call.

4 years ago with Adam Ailion help we purchased 2 houses in Kennesaw, GA and we were really impressed with his service. This year we decided to sell both properties and Adam again did a great job. In the beginning we were under the impression that any agent can sell the house, since all you have to do is to post it on MLS and the buyer agent will do most of the work. However, in reality we were wrong about this, and encountered a lot of unanticipated issues and pitfalls such as FHA appraisal process, cancellation of unconditional purchase contract by the buyer, delays by the buyer's lending bank etc. Without Adam we would not be able to resolve any of these issues and to complete the sale, and his help in resolving these issues was invaluable to us.
We are really grateful for Adam's help, his service was really outstanding and we believe no other agent could match it. Thanks again, Adam!
In conclusion, in case we will ever decide to purchase a house in the Atlanta area in the future, we will be working again only with Adam.
