As a 23+ year resident of Durango, Colorado, and a Realtor since 2006 Bruce offers extensive knowledge and experience when investing in the local real estate market. Bruce first visited Durango with his family when he was 10 years old. They skied at Purgatory Ski Resort over the Christmas Holiday, and they stayed at Tamarron Village. Bruce has vivid memories of riding the chairlift over what he thought had to be the most difficult ski run in the world - Pandemonium! The next morning, he woke to see the family car buried under an unbelievable amount of snow. At Tamarron, he remembers mustering up the courage to swim under the wall coming up in the outside pool. These experiences left an indelible impression on him.

It is no wonder that when he finished College at Northern Arizona University, Bruce moved to Durango soon after. Working first in the construction trades and then for almost two decades in public broadcasting before becoming a full-time Realtor, he has a deep connection with the community that is Durango. He lives here with his wife and two children, and he feels blessed to enjoy all that this wonderful area has to offer. From skiing and biking to boating and fishing, Durango and the surrounding area is an outdoor paradise!
