Bruce was our realtor the first time we bought our home in the Tampa Bay area in 2017. We were very impressed with his high work ethic, professionalism, knowledge about the real estate market, and his attention making sure we understood all the steps in the transactions that we chose him as our realtor again in 2021. When my father passed away this last February, he left me his house in Hudson, Florida. As I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, I knew it would be a challenge to manage his estate not only because of the distance, but the pandemic as well. When I first called Bruce, I found him to be very friendly and extremely helpful. He constantly went out of his way to help me through a very difficult time. In fact, to say he went the extra mile would be a gross understatement. I can't even find the right words that would tell you just how wonderful Bruce is. I am so very grateful that I found him and cannot recommend him highly enough.
