Bruce is very Professional,Helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him and the purchase of our new home. We feel that Bruce did way more than a normal realtor would do. As we were from out of town and looking for a house in Indiana. We started looking back in November 2022 with Bruce At existing houses and also new construction. Finally in February 2023. We decided on a new build that was already started. Being the consummate professional that he is Bruce handled everything for us. From dealing with the builder to meeting vendors at the house to get prices on things that we wanted done before we moved in.Bruce took care of the walk through before the closing and also attended the closing. Bruce is by far the best realtor and person that we have ever worked with. Thank you so very much Bruce it was truly a pleasure working with you.

Bruce sold our home in October 2022. He was an excellent, calming presence to work with. He took phenomenal photos of our home for the listing, and we had multiple competitive offers in just a few days. Furthermore, we moved outside of the area he works, but he provided us an excellent agent to buy our new home, and they worked together flawlessly to make our move as easy as possible.

Bruce did a fantastic job of positioning and selling our mom's home for us.
