Bruce Tindal

Bruce founded Tindal & Callahan Real Estate with Judy Callahan in 1985. He has been a Realtor since 1977, beginning his career at the Miriam E. Schmidtmann Real Estate and then at the Ethelyn P. Giles Agency, here in Boothbay Harbor. He brings to the industry a keen knowledge of local history and interest in real estate issues in Lincoln County, particularly the Boothbay Region. Through his many years of experience he has come to especially enjoy working with sellers in listing their property and helping buyers find property suited to their particular needs. An avid boater, he has often given tours of the area “by water” to clients.

Bruce grew up in Massachusetts and was a summer resident in the Boothbay Region. He has served as President and Treasurer of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, is a Lifetime member of the Maine Association of Realtors, and a founding member of the Coastal Connection. He is Past President and currently member of the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club. He has served on the boards of the Boothbay Region Land Trust, Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce, St. Andrews’ Village, St. Andrews’ Hospital and The First NA.

Bruce and his wife, Nancy, made the Boothbay Region their permanent home in 1972 raising their two children here. Family ties to the area go back several generations. They enjoy boating, activities at the Boothbay Region YMCA, and walking the trails of the Boothbay Region Land Trust and Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
