Bryan is a man of his word and very dedicated to sell his listings.
He complied with everything he explained to us at our initial meeting.
We interviewed many reputable brokers but our guts told us to work with him.
He arranged for amazing pictures and a fantastic video tour which are extremely important nowadays.
He priced the property to sell and he assured us it would sell in 60 days!
We got a contract after 30 days...
ACTS TALK LOUDER THAN WORDS...

Bryan is an AMAZING realtor, he goes the extra mile for you when you are trying to buy a house. We looked at several homes, put offers in on three homes and at no fault of ours or Bryan's they feel through. Until we seen a home that was on the market less than 5 minutes. We looked at it the next day, put an offer in and close in January. Bryan showed us homes when we were ready after each of the almost homes that we offered on. He didn't get discouraged and help us stay encouraged for our home. I would recommend Bryan to anyone looking for a home. If you are looking for a realtor to go above and beyond, Bryan is your guy!! Thank you Bryan for making our home buying experience pleasant and thank you for all of the long hours and multiple showings. But, we have our dream house!!!!
