Bryan was recommended to us by a friend and it was the best decision we ever made! He’s very friendly and ready to help, we had tons of questions were possibly on the edge of annoying (as sellers tend to be) but he was patient and extremely understanding that we clearly needed our hands held through this process. His team of photographers and contractors were available to us ASAP and they did a seamless job. I have truly found a life long agent for all future needs. Bryan was my agent/broker to sell my 55+ condominium recently and the experience was wonderful. First off, unlike most other real estate agents I've dealt with in the past, Bryan is extremely personable and never once made it seem it was "all about the money". He laid out the entire process in a clear manner (things are a bit different with condos that have HOA's, or in my case, several HOAs), and then, since I was now located 1-1/2 hours away, he took over and ran with it, handling everything. Most important, I was following along doing a lot of research on other condos for sale in the area, and I felt he really nailed the asking price - anyone looking at all the options available in the area would see my condo as a "good value", offering more than those priced the same or less, yet we were not asking some crazy price that would limit the number of interested buyers and end up having the price reduced to sell anyway. Bryan was very in-tune with the market at a time when it was rapidly changing, and in the end the condo sold for a bit more than I expected. Bryan then kept me informed all along the way as the first-time buyer went through the process of getting approved for a mortgage. And at closing there were no surprises, and that meant everything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan to anyone - he's definitely among "the best of the best".

I initially reached out to 3 agents to interview/assess and determine who I wanted to hire. Bryan was the only one to be quick and thorough in his responses, providing exactly what I asked for.

He handled all the phases of my home sale in the same fashion. Quick, thorough, extremely professional. EX: My renter was a little edgy about the process of 'showing' the condo. Sure, the terms of the lease allow me to show and sell the unit but, hey, who wants it to get ugly? No one! Bryan was great on the front lines, working with the renter, addressing her concerns, smoothing it all over so that we could proceed.

He was very professional, friendly, and courteous, and was very thorough going thru the house both inside and out. He clearly explained his analysis and how it was based on the market trends.
