Bryan Pack

After growing up in Spartanburg, Bryan followed a family tradition by entering the world of real estate in 2003. He set out for the coast and began his career in Charleston, where he spent 8 years as a top-producing agent with one of Charleston’s premier residential firms. Bryan’s passion for working with people, his integrity, and his discriminating eye for value have proven a success and contributed to him being a consistent recipient of the Realtor of Distinction Award.

After eight years in Charleston, Bryan returned to his roots to apply his knowledge and experience to his beloved Spartanburg community. He joined his father’s company with a vision of building on the firm’s foundation as a community leader. Bryan is well-versed in all areas of Spartanburg, and he knows how to specialize his services with a unique, personable approach. He understands that everyone that walks into his office is different, and he has excelled in today’s market because of his ability to tailor his services to needs.

Bryan is an Eagle Scout, a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate, a graduate of the Realtor Institute, and a licensed Broker. He currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Spartanburg Association of Realtors, the Development Committee for the Chapman Cultural Center, and several Boards of local organizations. He and his wife Emily have three daughters, and together they share a love of travel, the outdoors, and spending time with family & friends. Bryan’s family is dedicated to preserving what makes Spartanburg special, its rich history, rural surroundings, and diverse community. They spend much of their time supporting local non-profits and organizations to ensure that Spartanburg will be as special for the next generation as it is for theirs.
