Rene was more than amazing. We were purchasing our first home from hours away, she went to the home and did a virtual showing for us, because we were unable to travel at the time due to our work schedules. She promptly submitted our offer and guided us to make an offer that would be accepted without going overboard. She had offered us to stay home and she could go solely to the inspections if we couldn’t make it, fortunately we were able to make it there and finally got to meet her in person. When it came time for the appraisal and final walk through she went to the home and virtually showed us every detail, because we were again unable to travel at the time. She always responds almost immediately to any questions we have had, and has explained the entire process in great depth to us so that we feel comfortable ( first time buying a home, we were a little clueless to the process) I am sooooo glad we chose Rene as our agent, I couldn’t have hoped, wished, or prayed for anyone better! I highly recommend Rene! Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible.
