As a specialist he aided in property selection and evaluating financial feasibility. His duties included negotiating transactions and buying properties. His also played a role in overseeing project renovations and construction, as well as marketing and selling the finished properties.

Following his work as a Property Development Specialist Bryan accepted a position as Director of Property Acquisition for a real estate development and building company and later became a licensed Realtor. Here he found properties for development and gathered and interpreted data that helped in conducting sound due diligence, financial evaluations and site acquisition. He also had to negotiate all financial transactions and prepare the contracts.

Bryan’s real estate experience has armed him with superb negotiating skills and a positive easygoing attitude. He is determined to make every transaction a winning enjoyable experience.
