Bryant was called at the last minute to do a showing with my daughter of a home that had come up for sale. I was not able to go because I was living in another state at the time. Not only did he do the showing, but he FaceTime me so that I could see the house with my daughter. He also worked with the realtor who was selling the property and was able to hold the property until I could fly into town. I flew in the weekend of my birthday and signed the contract. It was the best birthday present ever! Thank you Bryant for making it all happen. He went above and beyond to make my home buying experience a great one.

Thank you Bryant Chandler! I met Mr. Chandler back in the 1990’s. He was working with one of our news stations, covering sports. Years later he still remembered me. My wife and I were looking to sell our home and purchase a newer home. Mr. Chandler made our selling and buying experience a very easy process. The process went smooth on both ends. Selling our home was done in less than 36 hours. Finding a home was a little bit longer. He was patient with us and understood what we were looking for. He was open to all of our ideas of a home. He was very reliable with scheduling open home visits. Once we seen the house, we knew that it was the one. Thank you so much.

Bryant helped me and my children find our home during covid and a very tough market. I told him what I wanted and he did his very best to make it happen. He worked around my schedule since I work crazy hours, he constantly sent me homes to view, he responded when I contacted him on any issues I may have had, he even involved my children in the decision making.
