Bryant relocated to Charlotte from Denver, Colorado in 2004 with his family. It was during this move that he learned to appreciate the experience and knowledge that a local real estate advisor can bring to the transaction. It was about this time that Bryant began to develop a passion for the real estate industry. In 2007, he decided to sell his retail business to pursue a career in real estate. 12 years later, he is proud to say that he weathered the market crash and is still practicing as a full-time real estate agent at a high-volume level.
In 2016, Bryant and his family relocated from Ballantyne to the Fort Mill/Indian Land area of South Carolina. They love living in the suburbs of the Charlotte Metro Region and the Country Club Style Amenities that Bridgemill has to offer. The proximity to the mountains and the beaches has proven to be so convenient for family vacations. Bryant loves hiking/camping at Beech Mountain, Asheville & Boone as well as quick trips to Wrightsville Beach and Hilton Head Island.
