Bryce Ocepek

Bryce Ocepek is an accomplished real estate investment professional who brings strategic planning, financial experience and vision to the Anabasis management team. Bryce has extensive experience in commercial real estate and directs all investment activities for the Fund, including the procurement of acquisitions and project financing. He also assists in property management, dispositions and risk management activities. His ability to seek out and acquire distressed multifamily, commercial, and various other residential investment properties combined with his expertise of the marketplace have been instrumental in the success of Anabasis Real Estate Investment Trust. Anabasis REIT currently has $10MM in AUM.

Prior to cofounding Anabasis REIT and Anabasis Realty, Bryce worked for Berkshire Hathaway, Pineywoods Realty, and EquityPro. He has successfully brokered the sale of a combined $70+ million dollars of residential and commercial real estate. Bryce is a graduate of The Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial Anabasis Realty which has 12 active licensed real estate agents.

Recently, Bryce has partnered in a new mortgage company Joint Venture. In part, Anabasis will be able to provide in-house financing through the preferred lending company for all residential and commercial clients of the brokerage and the Fund directly. Loan types include but are not limited to: FHA, VA, conventional, DSCR, SBA, bridge, hard/private money, construction and other various real estate loan products.
