Bryce helped us buy our first home in 2009 (and we looked for months at many, many homes). He was patient and listened to what we were looking for in a house. We liked working with him so much that we had him help sell our house and find a new home in 2014. Highly recommend! He's knowledgeable about the Denver market and works hard to make sure you get what you need, whether you're buying or selling.

If you are looking for a realtor you can trust, is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and effective, Bryce is your guy! It was so great working with Bryce. He worked hard to help us find our forever home! He answered any and all questions we had and guided us through the home buying process to make it as painless as possible. I have bought and sold almost 10 homes in my lifetime, and Bryce Sheetz is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever used. Bryce is hard-working, smart, motivated, analytical, and responsive. When we began the process, Bryce provided us with a lot of sales information but simplified it so we could identify a listing price that made sense to us. He answered a ton of questions, provided additional clarifications, but allowed us to set the sales price without pushing us to lower our price like some realtors do (he actually counseled us to increase our price). Unfortunately, Denver shut down 4 days after we listed the house due to the Coronavirus, which drastically impacted our traffic. Again, Bryce was there 100% of the way to counsel us on a sales strategy to drive traffic. Shortly after restrictions were lifted, we received a great offer which Bryce negotiated to perfection. That is not where is efforts ended. After inspections, Bryce helped us find and schedule all contractors to repair minor issues and mitigate radon levels in the house. Throughout the whole process, Bryce was incredibly communicative and supportive. Our home was our biggest investment and sold for $2MM during a pandemic. There is no way I would even consider using a different realtor in the future to buy or sell my home in the Denver Metro Market. Thank you Bryce for all that you do!
