Bryn Daring-Stewart was born and raised in Logan County. She graduated from Bellefontaine High School and Ohio University in Athens earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialized study in Management of Information Systems and Pre-Law. In 2008, Bryn married J.R. Stewart who is a Finance Manager at Steve Austin Auto Group in Bellefontaine. His passion is racing Sprint Cars. Bryn and J.R. reside in Bellefontaine with their daughters, Paxton and Crosley, and their amazing dogs. In her past time, Bryn enjoys following and coaching their children in various sports. Their family also enjoys camping.
Bryn started her real estate career in 2001 with Royer Realty under the ownership of Dava Royer. In 2016, Bryn bought Royer Realty. We continue to offer the same professional services.
Bryn's parents, Dane and Mindy Daring, are very supportive. Mindy is a retired teacher from Bellefontaine High School and Dane retired with Honda of America. Bryn's brother Trey, is married to Kyle and they have 3 children Sutton, Rowen and Bexley. Trey co-owns Eichholtz Daring and Sanford Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, West Liberty, DeGraff, & Jackson Center. Kyle is employed with Bellefontaine City Schools.
Throughout high school and college, Bryn worked for Dava Royer of Royer Realty as her personal assistant. While attending OU, she decided to pursue her real estate license and took two of the required courses while in Athens. She then assisted Bill Wooddell of Hayes Real Estate. During break, Bryn attended Hondros College and finished her classes, passing the exam in the summer of 2001.
In 2006 and 2011, Bryn was awarded "Best REALTOR Co-op in Logan County" by her fellow Logan County REALTORS. She is a recipient of the Ohio Association of REALTORS Presidents Sales Club every year since 2006.
In 2007, she was honored with the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Currently, only 4% of REALTORS nationwide have earned this designation.
In 2018, Bryn was named Realtor of the Year voted by her local Midwestern Ohio Association of Realtors. Bryn is also an Ohio Notary Public.
Bryn has served as past president of Midwestern Ohio Association of Realtors and Western Regional Information Systems & Technology and several committees. Currently, she is serving as District 5 Vice President for Ohio Realtors. Bryn also is on the Bellefontaine Board of Education.
