Bryson gets it done right. He recently sold a home for us. I was amazed at how easy he made the process. Bryson gave us weekly updates and kept us well informed every step of the way. His marketing skills kept a steady stream of buyers coming through to view the home. Thanks to my agent Bryson who helped me acquired my vacation home while I live 1000+ miles away. Bryson was referred by my family who worked with him on a previous purchase. Since I am so far away with the current craziness in real estate market, it took us more than 3 months to land my dream house. He went to every single place to take videos and explained the details about the pros and cons on each property I was interested in, even in snowy days. He is very patient in providing real estate advises and drafting purchase agreements (more than 10 in 3 months). I really appreciate his professionalism. Bryson was a fantastic agent who was attentive, friendly, responsive and very professional during the process of buying our home. He was always on time when we had appointments to look at homes, called us when there were updates, answered all of our questions and even after the home buying process was complete, he followed up with us to make sure we were doing well.
