Bunny Maxim

Born and raised in Massachusetts and living throughout New England, Bunny has always enjoyed being close to the coast. Her move to California's Central Coast has kept her near lovely, natural beaches with the added attraction of the desirable Mediterranean climate.

Her love of this area makes her a natural ambassador in presenting the communities to newcomers. She enhances her knowledge of the Central Coast with over thirty years of professional real estate experience, as well as a background as a paralegal in Boston and her B.S. degree in Business from Northern Arizona University. She worked as a sales manager for Westin Hotels in Phoenix, AZ prior to obtaining her California real estate license.

Her professional real estate experience includes sales of single-family homes, new construction, vacant land acreage, investment properties and tax deferred exchange. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, she is active in assisting sellers and buyers in short sale transactions, as well as working with bank-owned foreclosure properties. Bunny works with traditional, exchange, estate, dissolution, and bankruptcy transactions, as well.

Bunny found New England too cold; Phoenix too hot; and California's Central Coast just right. This discovery was not based only on the great climate, but also on the wonderful towns and communities--from Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande to Nipomo and Santa Maria to the Vandenburg/Lompoc Area.
