About Burbs
With their combined experience, strong customer service, and passion for real estate, Sarah Mooradian and Phil MacArthur excel as a team. Since joining forces in 2016, the Burbs to Boston Team has helped several long-term clients transition from their current home into their second or third home.
Sarah and Phil’s partnership has allowed them to serve a broad cross-section of clients, including first-time homebuyers, luxury homebuyers, investors, sellers, and luxury home sellers. They have a strong base of experience working with empty nesters who are selling their larger suburban homes and downsizing into a condo in the city.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Sarah worked at Ernst & Young LLC in their International Tax Group. Her experience there taught her that hard work pays off when you are timely, organized and detail oriented. Today, she attributes her success to those analytical skills being coupled with her genuine approach to communication which she refined when teaching English abroad in Spain and Turkey.
As a 19 year old sophomore at Suffolk University studying business with a forward thinking mentality, Phil decided to pursue real estate as a means of adding something to his resume that would distinguish himself from his peers. Two years later, he had his first listing for $1.75 million in the Seaport District and realized that his interest in fact was his dream job.
While both agents are ambassadors of city-living, they each claim to live in the “Best Neighborhood in the City”, Phil in the Seaport and Sarah in the South End.
Phil originally hails from Rockport on the North Shore and is heavily involved with the Caritas Communities Young Leader Council and regularly attends Friend’s of Fort Point Community Meetings. During “off” hours, he can be found golfing, travelling, reading, and hanging out on Wingaersheek Beach.
Sarah’s roots are back in Buffalo, NY, and though she grew up in central Massachusetts, she has not lost her enthusiasm for the Buffalo Bills. On weekday mornings she can be found spinning at Recycle Studio and when time allows, heads down to Newport, RI with her husband, Adam Lynch.
