Burhan was amazing! As a realtor, I am pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He was very helpful and understanding of the anxiety and challenges moving from Kansas City to Maryland. He helped me to close the deal on finding a townhome in Bethesda. My circumstances were challenging with only 2 days to find a place. Burhan took time to present a solid deal and worked with the other agent who tried to make the deal difficult. I would highly recommend Burhan, he is awesome!

I can’t thank Burhan enough for his real estate knowledge, negotiation skills, amazing work-ethic and accessibility. Above all he is honest. He is in it, to win it for his clients and that’s what makes him happy! He managed to get my offer accepted in such a tough market and I got the house at a very reasonable price. I know this because seller’s agent (after closing) told me, “ You are lucky that your agent is Burhan. You are getting this house below market value and that too in such a competitive market.”
The lenders he reffered gave the most competitive rates in the market, the contractors he recommended for renovations were cost savy and pros. And it didn’t stop there, even after closing he kept helping me with any issues/questions I had. If you are looking for a realtor who considers your success/failure as his own, Burhan is the one for you.

We had difficulty finding the right agent to sell our property, so we received Burhan as a referral. He gave us some advice on using certain photographers and he told us what the current price is given the market conditions. We were stunned to see multiple offers come in the initial weekend after the previous agent failed to receive even one offer after a 3 month timeframe. We highly recommend Burhan!

I have worked with Burhan buying and selling multiple properties. He does an excellent job doing the analysis on each property and coming up with the proper price point given the current state of the market. He also advises whether or not its in the best interest to move forward given the property condition. Burhan always looks out for YOUR best interest, not his own.

I found Burhan online through a Google search looking for a real estate agent and was so lucky to find him. Being a first time home buyer, I was very curious and had a lot of questions about the different loan programs and the entire process. The difficulty involved always made me want to remain in my lease. My sister in law recommended Burhan when I decided to purchase a house instead of giving her own realtor. She worked with him for many years in a financial institute before Burhan started his real state profession. And I am very thankful to her for the recommendation. He is very easy to work with, has great patience and always smiling. He helped us to find the right house.
