Byron Lohman

Byron has participated in the sale of over $100 million in real estate transactions. He has acted as the lead broker in listing and selling of new construction, land, investment properties and has had a very successful career working with buyers and sellers in Palm Springs and throughout the Coachella Valley.

Byron is a resident of Palm Springs and has renovated numerous properties in the area. He is known for his southern cooking and more importantly, for the professional service and guidance he provides his clients, including post closing.

Byron has been involved in real estate since 1991 and has earned the highly respected Certified Investment Member (CCIM) designation, considered by the industry to be the doctorate degree of investment real estate analysis. He has also earned the Accredited Buyers Broker (ABR) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) designations from the National Association of Realtors. He has also earned his designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) to assist homeowners in our difficult financial times. Prior to entering real estate, Byron was a business development director in the field of virtual tour technology. He is considered an expert in the use of technology as a marketing tool for the sale of properties and is called upon often to assist other real estate professionals.

Byron graduated from Tulane University in 1987 with a degree in chemical engineering. Upon graduation he served as a Captain in the USAF.
