To whom it may concern. The best decision my fiancé and I made, was hiring Byron Medellin as our home agent. Byron is not only a good agent, but a better person. His ability to communicate and persistence finding us a home goes without expression. We truly appreciated his hard work and effort finding us our home. I don't think we could say enough good things about Byron! Knowledgable, honest, patient and professional, he always made himself available to answer whatever questions we had about the home or the buying process in general. Byron Medellin was so amazing and such a God send when we had to sell our home. We suddenly had to move from our much beloved home in early 2020 to fulfill some tough family obligations.
We first thought we would do sell by owner if we had to sell our home. Our situation with caring for family and maintaining 3 farm properties became more and more difficult and we reached out to Byron Medellin. From the very first call he was so positive and so open to what we felt like the Lord told us about our property. I felt like we had a specific word from the Lord about the Rock bottom price and also prayed the buyer would recognize it's worth and profit from purchasing our home and property...long story short...Byron walked us through the process and agreed with us in prayer . The Lord bought the perfect buyer that recognized the value of our property and we are so happy that he will be blessed beyond measure as he continues to also bless the Lord....This earth is NOT our home. It is so fulfilling to work with ones like Byron who recognize this truth and are so joyfully willing to pray with you and see Gods words come to pass for all parties involved..
We thank you so much Byron and highly recommend you to anyone with real estate needs whether it be to buy or sell a property. Your heart is definitely in the right place to help God's people.
