About Cadence

Cadence Richeson is a broker associate and auctioneer specializing in residential and land sales. In Cade's first year as an agent, he made a big splash in the Custer County market, achieving #3 in total sales volume. He has been working in the auction industry since 2014, starting with ringing and setting up for his grandfather's auction house in Texas. After completion of high school in 2018, he attended the inaugural class of America's Auction Academy. Once he received his auctioneer's diploma, he returned to his grandfather's auction house full time until joining the United Country Heard Auction & Real Estate family in November 2018. Cadence is the 2019 Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association's Rookie Bid Calling Champion as well as a 2020 Top 5 Finalist in both Pro Bid Calling and the Ringman Competition.
