With that said, you probably have stumbled upon my profile because you are a first time home buyer, a 4th time condo buyer or maybe even an investor. This is all so exciting and I couldn’t be happier for you! I know that this process can also, at times, be hectic and slightly scary…BUT that is why I am here. I am here to make this as stress free, smooth and fun as possible. I am here to guide you with market knowledge, what social media and marketing techniques to use, how to determine the value of your home as well as negotiating a sale. When it comes to transitioning from renting to owning, upsizing, downsizing, condos, a dream home or vacation home, I promise to listen, inform and assist you in your decision making process.

I got into this business not simply because of my fascination with the real estate industry or my LOVE for touring homes (I mean who doesn’t love that?!), but because I have a strong passion for working with and helping people. I LOVE seeing that “look” on a client’s face when they know they’ve found “the one”. I LOVE when they start picturing their own furniture in the home “the couch will go here, the table will go there.” I LOVE the moment when my clients think I’m a Super Hero because I was able to successfully pull us through a complicated deal that we all thought was falling apart. BUT most of all I LOVE saying these words, “Congratulations, you just bought a home!” or “Congratulations, we just sold your home!”
