I would recommend Caitlyn for any relocations out of Morgantown. Our previous real estate agent from ****** had the house listed for nine months without a single offer. Caitlyn is one of the best I have realtors I have ever worked with. My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Suncrest neighborhood in Morgantown and we wouldn't have found it without Caitlyn's knowledge of the Morgantown real estate market. She made the home buying process seem easier than it is. I know because my wife and I have bought and subsequently sold two homes in Boston, MA. No detail was too small for Ms. Alexander as she helped us negotiate with the seller for our desired purchase price and made sure that the home was in perfect condition upon closing on the property. She even communicate with us and the sellers agent while she was on vacation in Mexico wit her family.
