“Caleb was awesome from the very start of my journey. I have never sold a house before. This was a duplex investment property in Lakewood with existing tenants. Caleb did his homework finding an appropriate listing price, arranged to have professional photos taken built an awesome page and listed the house. Within a day maybe two I had 3 offers. Each offer had its own nuisances that Caleb guided me thru until I could make my best decision on which offer worked best for my situation. Excellent communication skills, proactive in the whole process, knowledgeable on details of the house purchasing (even at the inspection), smart strategy on how to negotiate, and the most importantly he is not just looking for a business.

Caleb was my first experience with a realtor. He has been with us every step of the way buying our house. He is knowledgeable of houses and his job but somehow he goes beyond that… he offered to cover a repair because we couldn’t make it out to him that day (we didn’t need to use that offer but so nice it was there) he hand delivered our check for the repairs because the mail service would have taken too long… I mean hopefully he stays in the business because he will 100% always be my realtor, and if not the new one will have big shoes to fill.
