Excellent communication skills, proactive in the whole process, knowledgeable on details of the house purchasing (even at the inspection), smart strategy on how to negotiate, and the most importantly he is not just looking for a business.
My process took bit longer than expected, but he waited patiently and communicated with me, lender, and listing agents and stayed on top of everything.

Caleb was my first experience with a realtor. He has been with us every step of the way buying our house. He is knowledgeable of houses and his job but somehow he goes beyond that… he offered to cover a repair because we couldn’t make it out to him that day (we didn’t need to use that offer but so nice it was there) he hand delivered our check for the repairs because the mail service would have taken too long… I mean hopefully he stays in the business because he will 100% always be my realtor, and if not the new one will have big shoes to fill.
