He truly listens to your goals, helps you identify what you are actually looking for as that can many times change through the buying process. When you are shopping the market it is incredibly valuable to have such an insightful and passionate individual who knows more than just real-estate. Relocating to a state you know nothing about presents it’s own set of challenges that Caleb addressed and put me at ease with his knowledge and understanding of the area. Caleb was my first experience with a realtor. He has been with us every step of the way buying our house. He is knowledgeable of houses and his job but somehow he goes beyond that… he offered to cover a repair because we couldn’t make it out to him that day (we didn’t need to use that offer but so nice it was there) he hand delivered our check for the repairs because the mail service would have taken too long… I mean hopefully he stays in the business because he will 100% always be my realtor, and if not the new one will have big shoes to fill.
