Callie Hughey Walker is a dedicated real estate professional and community leader, serving as Co-Owner and Associate Broker. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, she furthered her education with a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University. Callie has actively contributed to her community through her involvement on multiple boards, including the Albany Board of Realtors, where she served as President in 2016, and the Albany Chamber of Commerce, Albany Area YMCA, Keep Albany-Dougherty Beautiful, Southwest Georgia Quail Forever, and the Phoebe Foundation’s Torch Society, where she was Co-Chair. She is also a member of the Dougherty County Rotary Club, Junior League of Albany, and Women of UGA, among other civic organizations.
In real estate, Callie holds several designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Her achievements have been recognized through numerous awards, such as Albany Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” in 2010, the Presidential Achievement Award from 2009 onward, the Good Neighbor Award in 2013, and Southwest Georgia’s “40 Under 40” in 2012. Additionally, she was honored with the Deerfield-Windsor School Young Alumni Award and The University of Georgia “Bulldog 100” in 2016. Outside of her professional life, Callie enjoys spending time with her husband, Grant, their three daughters, and engaging in activities like cooking, traveling, and connecting with family and friends.
