Cam is the epitome of awesome! I recently closed on my second house, both through Cam, and both processes took less than a month. While preparedness by the buyer is key, Cam was wonderful yet again, and he just makes everything so clear and easy.

Calendar invites for key Action Items. Consistent texts, calls, and emails around all the details I expected across the process.

Beyond that, he's just a wonderful guy, that beyond reality, has even taught me so much about homes and home ownership.

Amazing.

If there is one word that sums up Cam then that is it. We met Cam through a mutual friend that referred him when we started our house hunt, and over the next 14 months we had to have seen over a hundred houses.
Each and every time Cam provided a detailed breakdown of all available information about each house and diligently talked to other brokers, owners, inspectors - anyone that could help. Every offer we submitted was well thought out and Cam provided a detailed breakdown of each aspect, helping us put together a strategy tailored to the house and brokers involved.

He helped us sell our current place when it was time as well, and the communication was perfect.
We referred him to other family and he was just as awesome helping them either find a place or sell theirs. Everyone was so thankful we sent him their way.

Cam is just incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I could not recommend him highly enough. He is truly the best in the business.
