About Cameron
I earned my bachelor's degree at Washington State University, majoring in Finance & Real Estate. In 2002 I launched my real estate career as commercial appraiser for Kidder Mathews with the goal of obtaining expertise in market and financial analysis in all real estate sectors to create an unparalleled brokerage/client representation model. The years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant have armed me with the ability to analyze a client's property for the highest and best use and determine the most profitable feasibility. As a result, I am able to effectively price properties and ensure a smooth, successful transaction.???
I engage with my clients with a hands-on approach to buying/selling/investing in real estate. I gain satisfaction from helping people, whether they are buying their first home or looking to build their real estate portfolio. I am on the forefront of changes in our local marketplace, representing buyers and sellers in short sale and bank owned property transactions as well. I stay up to date on new marketing technologies through continuing education courses, real estate conferences and experience with my buyers/sellers/investors.
I most enjoy time with my beautiful family and am the lucky husband to Cheri and father to our to boys Hayden (15) and Hank (11). They say fences make good neighbors, but in my neighborhood few people have fences and we love it. In the Summer, our boys and their friends run between yards and jump in the pool or play on the swing set. We do have an abundance of foliage separating the houses, but it is not a good deterrent for our free-spirited dog Lucy a.k.a. "Beans" ;)
