As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what to do or expect during this process. Cameron is so thoughtful and in tune with the local market. She led me every step of the way, and was able to navigate through multiple roadblocks from outside sources. The home I purchased was listed around 4AM, I messaged Cameron at 9AM, and she was in the house FaceTiming me by 1PM! If you need a realtor I would highly recommend Cameron, and I plan on using her again in the future if needed!

Cameron was our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We were moving from out of state and she not only took us on FaceTime tours of the houses we were considering, she arranged all the inspections, surveying, treatments, etc of the house we eventually purchased. She even went in and measured walls for us. She was very responsive and quick to answer emails and texts. We couldn’t have done it without her!!

Cameron was the best to work with on our beach house. She was beyond responsive via email, text and phone calls. We had never been to the Outer Banks and Cameron was very knowledgable helping us understand the different towns and their pros/cons. She also did site visits and ultimately a tour of the home via Facetime. She helped guide us through making an offer and nuances of contract negotiation with both the seller and our lender while we were living 400 miles away. Cameron's calm attitude made us feel heard and understood through out the entire process. A couple of days after we closed we had a minor appliance issue and Cameron went above and beyond reaching out to the original inspectors and providing us with quality referrals for licensed contractors, maintenance, landscaping and cleaning crews. I really cannot say enough great things about her!

Cameron Griggs is an extraordinary professional and a first-class realtor. We had spoken to several agents when we began the process of listing our first property for sale. Coincidentally, we received a marketing post card from Cameron in the mail, and we called her. After a brief conversation, she came to the house prepared to write a contract. She made the entire process easy and stress-free.

Cameron worked very hard using multiple mediums to generate interest in our properties. Together we discussed strategies to maximize the sales process and to ensure that we would realize the optimal return on our investments. Cameron was strategic in her marketing efforts. She listed and sold two properties for us. Both times we wrote a contract, she confidently and enthusiastically told us “I can sell this property.” And, she did.

Cameron Griggs is excellent in all areas. Unfortunately, we did not do our research when we initially listed the property. After that listing expired, we researched other real estate companies in the area as we were determined to make a better choice. We began by calling Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty, and luckily Cameron answered our call that day. She had all the right answers as she displayed a wealth of knowledge coupled with warmth, energy, and professionalism. As the phone call was concluding, I knew that it was not necessary to call any of the other companies. We had found the perfect realtor in Cameron! Beginning with that first phone call, Cameron exceeded our expectations in all areas. We live several hours from the property and actually, we never met Cameron in person, but with her warm personality, she made us feel like we had known her for years. She took care of everything down to the smallest detail. We never had to worry or wonder about anything, and she actually visited the property to check on things for us. She handled all aspects from listing to closing and all variables in between. Cameron’s communication is definitely a strength as she kept us informed through emails, text messages, and phone calls. We highly recommend Cameron, and she certainly exemplifies all qualities of a first-class realtor who gets results!
