I recently worked with Camille for the purchase of a brand-new condo in Oak Park. Camille was warm, personable, and extremely responsive to all my questions and needs. She was on top of the process each step of the way, and the purchase could not have gone smoother. Additionally, she is extremely knowledgeable about the Oak Park area. We have dealt with a lot of agents over the years, and Camille is by far the best! We were very picky buyers in a very pro-seller market, and Camille worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect house. She was knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. By the end of the process, we felt like she was more of a friend than an agent. We would recommend Camille to anyone, especially if you are looking in the Oak Park/River Forest area!

Camille Hoover and Zak Knebel were the best! We saw dozens of houses over eight months and we were amazed at how diligent and flexible they were throughout the process. Both were extremely responsive when asked to schedule house viewings and reached out when we there were private or public listings that they thought we might be interested in. Whether it was one house or four, they made sure we were able to see any house we wanted. I cannot emphasize how much they knew about the area, having lived in the area themselves. In no way did we feel rushed to make decisions, and appreciated the advice they provided on the requirements of buying an older home. While the process was stressful, we couldn’t have done it without them - if you want to look for a home with knowledgeable, patient realtors look no further! We’ve already recommended them to friends and coworkers and encourage you to reach out too!

My wife and I are recent first time home buyers. I strongly recommend using Camille and her team as they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They helped us find a property on the private market at a great price point. During the closing period, the seller neglected to maintain a few elements of the house that were part of the original agreement, and Camille and her team were successful in getting us a seller credit that was very fair. She also provided recommendations and contacts for work we wanted to do on the house after closing. This shows her professionalism and desire to build a long-term relationship with her clients, which is above and beyond the “just sell the house and move on mindset” that we felt from other agents. I strongly recommend using Camille if you’re looking to buy in the Oak Park area, the service is second to none!

Camille is warm and friendly but more important, to real estate, she is very much into the detail of what needs to be done to accurately portray the many amenities of my property. Camille is the type of person with whom you can instantly feel a connection. I was so sorry to have to move to AZ so quickly that I didn't get to demonstrate to her the easy way to get no streak clean windows :) I wish her many successful and enriching yeas in her career.

Camille was very professional and helpful in the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer, she walked me thru process and explained everything taking place. She was very quick to work on comparables after I showed interest in certain houses. Working very quickly with other realtors to see houses ASAP. With houses selling so quickly that was always great to see. Most importantly, on a personable level she was very friendly and easy to work with. I could really tell she was working hard to get me into a house, with the short deadline that I had. So for that I am grateful. I would highly recommend working with her.

We used Camille and her partner Zak to purchase our first home in River Forest. We couldn’t have been happier with their service. Throughout the whole process, they weren’t pushy about any home, took what we had to say seriously and would point out things we as newbies, wouldn’t have noticed. We weren’t in any rush to buy before January but with their help found the perfect home for our family and closed Oct 2020. This team is accommodating, and easy to work with. Very communicative, responsive, dedicated, and make what can be a stressful process easier to navigate. It’s not just a deal for them, it’s really a relationship to build on!
