About Candace
Candace Farmer’s journey to real estate has been a bit long and winding, but it was a path that led her to her passion. She was born in Richmond, Virginia and attended Towson University, and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business and Finance.
After 8 years as a municipal bond trader, Candace and her husband of 30 years took over the family sign business allowing her to be able to commit to raising her two boys. Her parents retired to SW Florida and Candace began visiting Southwest Florida in 1991 finally in 2004 she and her husband made the move to Estero. In 2006 Candace became a licensed real estate professional and in 2013 she joined Keller Williams Elite Realty making her dream a reality.
Candace’s philosophy with her real estate business is serving, not selling. Her goal whether it is a $100,000 property or a $1,000,000 property are the same. She strives for creating relationships with all her clients regardless of their income levels. She intently listens to her buyers and sellers so the end goal will be the perfect home bought or sold at the right price which is achieved through her keen negotiating skills. She puts people first and not commissions and proves her service by attitude and action and building relationships.
