Candace Newlove-Marrs

Candace Newlove-Marrs and her family have called the foothills of the Rocky Mountains home since 1990. She has an extensive background in real estate with over 30 years of experience. After completing her bachelor’s degree at St. Lawrence University and her Master of Education at the University of San Diego, Candace spent 10 years in real estate, concentrating on sales, marketing, and the design, development, management, and sales of both residential and investment properties.

She transitioned to the financial side and served as the VP of a locally owned mortgage company for 21 years where she gained a strong knowledge base in construction, government, conventional, portfolio and jumbo loans along with credit counseling.

Candace's diverse background in lending, land use, design and construction allow her to anticipate client needs and navigate obstacles in a positive and proactive manner. Committed to a caring and conscientious approach, she dedicates herself to top-level service, education of clients and maintaining long-term relationships.

Candace is not only devoted to the business of Colorado real estate, she is also devoted to the Colorado outdoor lifestyle through her horses, hiking, and skiing. This lends itself perfectly to her real estate specialties of horse, foothill and mountain properties.
