Candace loves what she does! Working with sellers and buyers to help them realize their real estate dreams brings satisfaction to her knowing she was a small part of achieving "The American Dream". She completed her real estate license coursework at JY Monk School of Real Estate in 2007 and she is licensed in NC and SC. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC and she completed her graduate studies and received my MBA from Bellevue University in Omaha Nebraska. She has been in the real estate industry since 2004 and actively selling since 2007.

Candace was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC. Charlotte, NC has always been her playground, but she calls downtown Rock Hill home. Right after college she took a sales and marketing job and had the opportunity to live in every time zone in the US. She made the decision to get her real estate license when she was working at Fort Meade Military base on a contract assignment with Picerne Military Housing and when she decided she wanted to buy and hold real estate for herself. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc and she believe in serving the community. She served as the 2021 President of the Piedmont Regional Association of Realtors, and she is on the board as the current Secretary for Habitat for Humanity York County. She believes that they all have talents and can give back and serve. She loves antiques, touring old homes, karaoke, and spending time with family and friends.
