Over the years, I have listed and sold many properties all over Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties. My goal with each property is to have it sold within 120 days or less.

I also enjoy working with buyers and helping them find that perfect property to fit their needs, and help them navigate the mortgage process alongside lenders.

I am a Lake County Native, born and raised in Leesburg. I began my real estate career in 2003 after many years of both retail business and the cut foliage business. I have been with the same brokerage since I became licensed. I truly enjoy working with my long time colleagues. The team atmosphere is truly amazing.

I am married to my husband, Joe. I have twin Daughters, Ashley and Lindsey, a step son Seth, Daughter in Law, Nicole, two granddaughters, Lorelai and Caroline, and two spoiled rotten siberian huskies, Glacier and Sierra, who are now my children since all of my children are grown and on their own.

Candace was a dream to work with. This market is crazy! We’ve been working with her for over a year. Going to showings, putting in offers. Getting offers declined. Even when we starting looking out of her market area she helped us find a reliable realtor who ultimately got us to the closing table. Candace even came to our closing for support, even though she wasn’t technically the agent. She has continued to follow up with our plans for the new house, and is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. It’s like house shopping with your best friend, who is also an expert in her field. My husband works in the industry and know hundred of realtors. We chose Candace for a reason and you will not regret choosing her too!
