About Candice

Born and raised in the San Luis Valley, Candice grew up on a ranch outside of South Fork then later her family moved to the Center area to farm. Candice has a BA from Adams State University. Candice and her husband, Tedd, and their family work the family farms and businesses. Through these experiences, Candice awakened a curiosity and desire to understand the real estate market. Thus, 7 years ago, she decided to get her real estate license and the rest is history. During her first year as a realtor, Candice was the only San Luis Valley realtor nominated for Realtor Rookie of the Year. She strives to do the best for her clients no matter the type of property.
