Born and raised in Arcadia, California, Candice has lived and worked throughout California as well as Oregon, Utah, and even New Zealand—giving her a broad perspective and a deep understanding of relocation, lifestyle changes, and what truly matters when finding the right home.
Helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals is Candice’s passion. She is known for being highly ethical, approachable, and tireless on behalf of her clients. Her goal is always the same: to make the process smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible.
Before real estate, Candice owned several successful clothing boutiques in the Santa Barbara area and later founded a craft design company that published patterns and books for nationally recognized companies including Hot Off The Press, Provo Craft, McCall’s, and her own brand, Precious Collections. After raising four children, she turned her entrepreneurial drive toward real estate—sparked by personally navigating a challenging cross-state corporate relocation. When her Utah home fell out of escrow, Candice took matters into her own hands, selling it herself through creative marketing, open houses, and sheer determination. That experience ignited a lifelong career.
Candice began her real estate career in Temecula in 1997 and later earned her real estate license in New Zealand, adding an international dimension to her expertise. Today, she proudly serves clients throughout Oceanside, Carlsbad, and North San Diego County, delivering results with care and confidence.
Beyond real estate, Candice is deeply involved in her community. She serves as Vice-Regent of the Monserate Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Membership Co-Chair of the Fallbrook Garden Club, and Lunch Bunch for the Fallbrook Newcomers Club.
