Candice Parsons

Born in Lexington, Kentucky and raised in Savannah since the age of two, Candice has spent over 25 years experiencing everything The Landings lifestyle has to offer. Growing up in the community has given her the distinct advantage of understanding what it is like to live at The Landings from a number of different perspectives.

After graduating from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2003, Candice followed in her mother’s footsteps and earned her Real Estate license in 2005. She began her real estate career as Martha Parsons’ assistant and was able learn all the ins and outs and the complexities of listing and selling properties from one of the most successful Realtors® on Skidaway Island. Candice’s in-depth knowledge of The Landings, Savannah, and the surrounding area benefits both her Buyers and Sellers.
