Candice was a phenomenal realtor and extremely knowledgeable in her expertise! She was always on our side and put our needs first. We were picky with what we wanted and had a billion questions but she was patient throughout the entire process.

Although the buyers market was insane, Candice consistently updated us with houses within our budget that met our requirements. She was ALWAYS willing to show us a house in person and with her consistency and resources we were able to find our home in record time. Thank you, Candice!!!

Candice literally was the greatest realtor I could have asked for! She was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and intentional! Purchasing a home in this market was very difficult and arduous but she made sure to make it as least stressful as possible and exceeded my expectations! She explained everything I needed to do to prepare and when it was time to search, it didn’t take long to go under contract. No matter when I contacted her, she responded. She problem solved with the seller’s side and literally had my back through it all! Because of her excellent customer service, I recommended her to all my friends!
