Culpeper has been home since 1989, and my roots here run deep. I married my husband, Jeff, in 1994, began my real estate career with RE/MAX in 1996, and together we raised our daughter, Sarah. She is a graduate of Sweet Briar College with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Equine Management and now works alongside me as my marketing assistant—helping her mom stay on top of technology while bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our business. Many summers were spent on my grandparents’ dairy farm, shaping my love for the outdoors, animals, and the beauty of country living.
Growing up with an Army Colonel as a parent instilled discipline, organization, and calm under pressure—qualities that serve my clients well during negotiations and important decisions. From my mother, I learned the value of compassion, integrity, and hard work, allowing me to be both steady and empathetic throughout the process.
With decades of experience in real estate, I believe education is essential to exceptional service. I continuously invest in professional development and hold multiple designations, including ABR, SFR, CDPE, SRES, PSA, and RENE.
