We decided that after 6 years of marriage it was time to stop throwing our hard earned money away on rent . We were assisted by a wonderful realtor, Candice, a year prior. At that point in time, financially, we were not at the point we could make that move. She advised us of a person to talk to, to steer us in the correct direction in order to attain our goal. We were finally ready in July to start our search. Of course, we reached back out to Candice, and are so thankful we did. She was determined to find our dream home. Always one text or call ahead of us. No matter what questions, requests or demands we had, she was on top of it. Promptness is crucial in this market as homes are literally selling within days of being on the market, and that is definitely a skill on the top of her list of skills. I will say, by no fault of hers, the first finance company was a complete fiasco. However, what the initial company could not get done in over 7 weeks in underwriting, the lender recommended by Candice was done in 8 days. Yes, 8 days till keys in our hands. I’m tearing up typing this. She is a go getter, and gets results. We are now the proud owners of our dream home. Our little piece of heaven. She played a huge part in that. We are forever grateful. If you are in search of a realtor, she is the one you want.

As a lender I see a lot of circumstances where the client has no idea of what the next steps are or in some cases, what they have just signed. I never have this issue with Candice and her clients.
