Cara is a fantastic realtor. She is very patient and understanding of her clients needs and wants for a home. She is also very knowledgeable about the markets for the area. In addition to her knowledge of the area she has a great team that supports her with photography, sales strategy and open houses etc.. with Cara and her team she was able to Sell my house in one day with multiple offers.. Cara did an amazing job helping us with the purchase of our new Kentucky home. Moving from another state over 7 hours away, we had to make the most of the local contacts, and with our time visiting the area. Initially, Cara and her assistant Kelly listened closely to what we were looking for, and showed us properties that fit the criteria, making the most of our short visits in-state. On the first day, we selected a new construction in the area. Cara worked closely with the construction team, providing us with regular updates, with photos and videos of the process. Through her regular updates, we were able to detect a small deviance from construction specs, and were able to get it corrected quickly. Besides extensive virtual communications, she was also present at every on-site meeting with the builder, and was able to follow up on small issues locally. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, Cara helped make Kentucky feel like home before we ever moved in.

Cara Chitwood is a wonderful realtor and I’d highly recommend her! I was a first time homebuyer and she made herself readily available for me to ask questions and tour houses. She’s incredibly patient yet works fast when we’re in a time crunch. She was kind, easy to talk to and honest about all the houses we looked at.
