We ended up buying a house in Illinois and our longtime friend agent wasn't licensed there so she referred us to Caren and Jewel. After many house viewings and having to walk away from one place, we found our dream home. Both Jewel and Caren came to the viewing with us, and it was clearly popular because there were multiple viewings overlapping with ours.

After having a good look around, we stepped outside and told them we wanted to put in an offer. They had excellent advice, had researched the sellers realtor to anticipate her strategy, and generally left us feeling confident we had a good chance. Within a couple of hours we had a buyers presentation email with comps to look at. The sellers already had multiple offers on the table when we put our offer in, so we thought it highly unlikely we would be able to get our dream home - we were at the cap of our budget so couldn't stretch anymore. Jewel and Caren kept us in the loop at each stage and to our surprise we stood out over the dozen or so other offers! We are convinced that their advice is what led to owning our beautiful home. Caren did a fantastic job selling my house! She and her team went above a beyond creating and executing a great plan to sell my house and best of all I got a higher sale price than I had originally thought I could. We had over 20 offers and she handled the negotiations like a pro, I was only minimally involved. I can’t recommend her enough!

They had professional photos taken and advertised our house so well that it was under contract before we even had the open house! Caren and Jewel were great to work with. When inspectors had to come to the house and I was at work 30 minutes away, Karen offered to go up to St Louis and be there for the inspectors. That was a really big help for me. They got our house on the market on a Saturday with lots of pictures and even had the house scheduled to be on the Sunday morning TV show on houses house for sale, but the house sold on Sunday before the televised viewing. There friendliness and patience made a stressful first time almost fun!!! They didn't even get frustrated frustrated we changed our minds, got outbid 8x and dragged our feet.
