Carey Hodsden

My family has been in the Hampton Roads region since the late 1600’s as they were among the earliest settlers from England in the United States. I did most of my growing up in Michigan just north of Detroit were I attended parochial grade school and high school. I then attended architecture school in Arizona followed by a four year enlistment in the United States Air Force where I spent 2 ½ years in the Mediterranean in support of Operation’s Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I graduated from the Defense Information School with specialties in Radio and Television Broadcasting and Public Affairs.

Before becoming a Realtor in 2005, I spent 14 years as an active PGA Member while opening and operating four new golf course/resorts and consulting on the opening of another. This business management experience has made me a “numbers” guy. I enjoy the challenge of a negotiation and the challenge of helping my clients realize their financial goals and dreams through real estate.

As a PGA Member, I toured professionally for 4 years and this competitive fire remains in me to this day. The desire to make every transaction a “Win-Win” drives me to be the best Realtor in Hampton Roads.
