My wife and I have worked with Cari both buying and selling real estate multiple times over the years. Many of those transactions had unforeseen complications and Cari was extremely competent in addressing the issues. She has always had a great sense about finding the right property for us. When she listed our property, she was thorough, made great suggestions to make it ready for sale and found great buyers! She takes the time to really connect with us and as a result we have always been very happy with the outcome, both when we were buying and when we were selling. My wife Mary and I had been thinking of selling our house for a few years, and this past year we knew we wanted to go through with the sale of the house and begin a new adventure. We had raised five children in our home and the neighborhood was slowly turning over. When walking through the neighborhood young families were suddenly abound. Through a interesting connection with Cari's husband via my wife, we knew instantly Cari was a realtor who would be honest. Her listening to our thoughts and wishes and her professionalism, made it clear that she cared greatly in our satisfaction. Sensing her understanding it was easy to trust in Cari and allow her to take charge, knowing about the business, the current market, and the buyers' tastes and desires allowed her to create an exciting environment for potential buyers in each and every room of the house.
