Fantastic. Based on a referral we switched to Cari after not being happy with who we were working with for around a year. In just a couple months Cari helped us find our forever home AND sell our old home in just a few days. Cari is passionate about what she does, paid attention to our thoughts and requests, and is very thorough and communicative through all of the lengthy processes, especially aligning things up around work schedules. We are 100% satisfied with our experience and how everything was handled. While I hope we don't have to go through buying/selling again, we will be referring Cari to anyone we know! HUSTLE and HONESTY. We have sold 2 homes with Cari. Her communication has always been top notch and honest. We had listed one of our homes with a large national realty group prior to her and they're personal commitment and market knowledge was lacking. They overpriced our home which led to it not getting the interest it deserved and thus became stale on the market. Cari re-listed the house at the price she knew was the correct market price that would sell in our area. Our home was under contract within 3 weeks and at the price she said it would sell at. You have many options on realtors but very few have the drive, hustle and honesty that Cari has. A true professional !

The BEST realtor I have ever worked with! Cari is hands-down the best realtor I've ever had pleasure of working with. I have purchased a house and sold a house with Cari. She was able to work with us through the most difficult circumstances and find us the perfect home for our needs and budget. Above͏ and beyond - A true blessing!
Cari was an amazing realtor to work with. She went above and beyond to accommodate my aging parents as they went through the listing and selling process of their home. She was always available to answer any and all questions and was always checking in to make sure we were doing ok and didn’t have any questions or issues to resolve. When it became apparent that getting my father out of the house for the closing appointment was going to be a challenge physically for him, she made some quick calls and arranged to handle closing from their kitchen table. Even after the sale of the house, Cari has continued to check in and offer support and advice. She’s a real gem and one-of-a-kind. You won’t find a better realtor to work with in NW Ohio.

Excellent͏ Choice
We selected Cari, based on a friend’s recommendation, to help us sell our home. Cari was exceedingly professional, thorough, easy to communicate with, honest and kind. Cari makes rental property investment EASY for out of town investors
Cari was the listing agent on this property and we were interested in more details on it. But we love 3+ hours away. Cari went out of her way to talk to us and do a video showing of the property. We ended up buying the property and the experience with Cari was wonderful. She was very thorough and super responsive. We plan on using her going forward for any purchases in NW OH. She has since gone out of her way to notify us of additional multi family properties that are going on the market that we are hoping to pursue.
