Cari Pelayo

Cari works with individuals & families throughout the San Fernando Valley who want to work with a realtor who cares about them.

She has been a Realtor for 20 years and Cari helped hundreds of people reach their real estate goals.

She has worked in the NICU at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, owned a gas station blocks from the beach, and earned my JD at UWLA School of Law, but nothing compares to handing a buyer the keys to their new home or helping a seller sell their home for top dollar.

When Cari is not helping clients with their real estate needs. She can be found at a local bar or restaurant trying something new on the menu, shopping at a quaint neighborhood shop (she loves supporting small business) or hanging out with her daughters and grandkids.
